I made two transaction from Yes Bank with a gap for four days , both transactions could not complete , account was debited but it was not returning to site and order was not generated , even on complaint after first transaction , they responded they will get back in 72 hours and said I should wait and do not order again, I did not get any response in 72 hours but as I have to buy , I try again and second transaction again failed , I filed the complaint again , and waiting for resolution from ebay team.
I tried with ICICI Bank and it was successfully done.
request team to kindly refund the two transaction amount asap , I have sent the detail in mail of both transactions
Please do the needful asap and please check the gateway issue with yesbank
