Wrong product received and worst customer service

I received a wrong model of product. The cutomer service took 1 week of time. They did not even contact with seller and frustated me and closed the issue without any solution. They are irrational fellows and cheating ebay... Very worst and DO NOT buy anything in ebay. CHEATERS CHEATERS

I strongly recommend DO NOT Buy any product in ebay. Seller sell wrong product. My seller universe india. Customer support show u d HELL and irritate u. They are irrational. Finally seller and customer support of ebay CHEAT u. Ebay says :dont worry we cheat u n be happy.
