I have ordered one item which is Face Plate Panel -Metal VGA + HDMI + 3RCA + Stereo + RJ45 + USB + Power socket worth of 1100 INR on 17th Dec. When I received this product that was not as per description. Hence I have raised claim & asked for refund my money. But ebay is not interested to refund my money in simple way. They asked me to return my product on their address. But this is not possible to me. When I requested your team that "it is your mistake & you have to arrange reverse pick up. But they simple refuse my request, I am highly disappointed with ebay.
You are requested to kindly look into this & give me justice.
