I won a 0.14 pendant and 0.18 ring on 25th.The seller shipped the wrong items of lesser value. He shipped 2 rings which are of lesser carats even when both are combined aren't equal to one item that i won..When i contacted the seller the seller is asking me to return the items.. The seller hasn't specified return policy.. His ad said that no refund etc will be provided.so check and buy and he only sends wrong items..Now i asked the seller his address but he didn't reply to my mail and marked those items as shipped now.. i can't confirm because they dont match at all. and i cant contact the resolution center.. What should i do?
