I have noticed that many sellers give wrong information regarding shipping of material given the time period by e bay. Since there is a time period of 7 days, the seller gives shipping details like AWB no before the last day. You will invariably find that on tracking no details are available and the material does not reach u. Any reputed couriers in the ebay group delivers the shipment with in 48 hrs to metros.Since e bay do not check the genuineness of the despatch the sellers are taking advantage. E bay should find a way to stop this wrong information given by sellers.This mainly they do to get positive feedback. E bay should introduce near shipment recd date of receipt of the shipment. On any complaint E bay should take action against seller.

look altogether you will have 12 days to receive your item at your door steps.
doesn't matter if seller has given fake AWB number or anything else (I AM NOT SAYING IT IS RIGHT THING) but as a buyer you have 12 days to receive your items or else you can claim your refund

Even with in the twelve days U dont receive the Item. On contacting the seller he says it is in transit.. Why do U place order. Since U need it U go to buy because we hope the seler's are reliable. Also if U give a negative feedback for this type of deals,he calls up and use abusive language. First of all,he is doing something wrong,on top of it he gets offended when U leave a wrong feedback

i can understand what you mean, but what I am saying is altogether you are in safe zone. you have rights to claim refund if you haven't received your item with in time limits.

and if seller uses abusive language you can directly complain to ebay and they will take necessary actions towards your seller.

Now,We think is why put an ebay seller onto more problems.

Here again after initiating for a refund after the deadline of delivery we wait for e bay to get sellers claim for 5 days. After the 5 days period Ebay doent inform the status of the refund. Sometimes it takes more than a week to get a feedback. How much time is lost in the whole process and to get an refund
