I wish to inform you that I have sold one Gift Voucher to the buyer psolomon_in1 on ebay.in
In the item desciption it was clearly mentioned where to redeem the voucher but buyer knowingly left NEGATIVE feedback to harass me to initiate refund to him.
He is trying to redeem the voucher on www.indiatimes.com which is wrong since I have already mentioned address of website where the voucher can be redeemed.
Hence, Buyer has obligation to retract the feedback. Kindly do the needful. You can also check the dispute status which has been opened by the buyer.
KINDLY INFORM THE BUYER NOT TO INDULGE IN SUCH ACTIVITIES.
