I have ordered for Oneplus one and received a ZTE nubia. My invoice shows the seller had billed me ZTE nubia. A claim((Claim ID :***) was rasied on 28.1.2015 and till now(19.2.2016) there is no response from ebay team. The customer service is pathetic. They do not have any clue on the status of the claim. The only response I get is, sorry for the inconvenience caused and wait for 48 hours. Ebay seriously is a pathetic place to buy goods. Leave the seller, even ebay team does n't care about customers. All those promises with ebay guarantee are fake. I dont recommend any of my friends to buy from ebay.
