Worst seller on ebay standard_enterprises - Fake commitments

I paid Rs. 11,299.00 on 27-July-2010 for a New Blackeberry 8520 Black color Smartphone Wifi item number 220631766408 to standard_enterprises.

Here's Story about this seller.

His contact number 08007485458 is either out of reach or busy always, and if luckily you reach out he'll pick the call.

I have regularily trying to follow up this item because i paid the whole amount from credit card and its the worst service ever i saw from a seller on ebay.

on 02-Aug-2010 I received a message from ebay that item has been shipped via aramex AWB 6361282863, which seems to be a fake AWB number because for intial 3-4 days the online status of this AWB on Aramex website was "updating status" and later another amazing thing happened. The destination address showing on aramex website is Nagpur, whereas my shipping address is Punjab, Sangrur.

I'm waiting till 12-Aug-2010 as per commitment from ebay guys, and then my money should be refund automatically.

I'm not sure what is this guy doing and how is he running business.

But friends beware before you make any deal with below seller.

Beware eBayers: sakilkasai & star7*24 are one & big Fraudsters on eBay

If you analyse this case carefully, the only EVER negative feedback that we have given is only to star7*24 . Therefore, it inevitably shows that star7*24 is having multiple accounts that are used for violating eBay policies and shaking the trust of serious eBayers.


I would request you please closely monitor these two eBay IDs star7*24 and shakilkasai as the person himself has given a clue that they are related to each other and creating mischief on eBay. A robust system at your end can trace the IP addresses and other parameters to establish their relationship.

This is a Pure attempt to Sabotage our Feedback. He / She is a new Registration on eBay, not even a week old.


If you read the Feedback carefully, he states that WE ARE OFFERING TO REMOVE HIS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. As a matter of fact, we have never given him any negative feedback. As such, there is not even a single Feedback he has ever received. It is an absolute new registration.


We never had any transaction or communication with shakilkasai.

This seller is a fraud is patent clear to those who had dealing with him,that includes me.Rs 5200 were paid for mobile listed on ebay.The warranty mentioned was 3 years.The phone was supposed to be new.But what was received was an old phone with out battery.When I arranged battery from market and the service from Air-tel ,where it came out that the phone is having hardware problems and cannot function.That in the meanwhile the negative feedback sent by me was dropped by Ebay mentioning 51% voting.The seller however had answered that they will supply the new one on receipt of the item back.The mobile was sent back through a contact in Pune on the address given and confirmed by email promising help.But all efferts to contant the given no fail and surprisingly the address was also found to have been deserted.The chowkidar of the buiding confirmed that the persons took it on rent for brief period and left it 3 months back.The shopkeepers arround also complained that the fellow cheated them.The Police station relevant was visited by my contact only to be informed that complaints already lie against these people.We do have frauds and bad nuts every where but in this forum that is Ebay they are protected otherwise why should they have removed the negative feedback without my consent.If it would have been a fair forum those who voted should be made accountable.Now I have seen on ebay that the seller Standard_enterprises is not a registered member, shouldn't Ebay take the responsibility and make refund after all it is because of this banner people are purchasing from this forum,If ebay doesn't take this seriously there is need of campaign to shun this.How can we approach consumer court and where?Pl guide

@ksingh2009: From 11 years, my general advice: Look at contact number, nickname, feedback, location, etc. for clues about whether to trust or not. We all know there are many fraudsters all over the Internet and elsewhere... look at the clues and use your judgment 🙂

first of all to all the members who think they can cheat ebay - remember this , ebay bought bazee.com for $50 million ... ebay is not a fool neither are they eating peanuts in the office, so don't presume they are - coz they have the BEST surveillence team ever.So i suggest think twice before fooling ebay ...becoz U WILL GET CAUGHT!!

And in the end only u will suffer becoz u will be suspended and tats not a gud thing coz ebay has the best deals delivered right to ur door and as for seller u get the lots of orders coz of ebay, no matter how gud or bad u feel ebay is, so ..DONT FORGET

& Buyers ,pls. pay for your order too !!!
and sellers - pls. meet buyers expectations as best as u can without being too smart.Coz when u try to be too smart u turn the buyer off!! And that buyer could be yours or my customer, sooner or later..so basically, u hurt other selers too!!

I appeal to buyers - pls. think from a sellers point - he's a human too...

and I appeal to sellers - don't lose cool - be patient ( even though i lose patience a LOT with my buyers. sometimes -- seller- try to imagine as if u were the buyer and buying something on ebay).

and to all members - have a conscience and remember what ur mother told u when u were a kid - Cheaters NEVER prosper...
