Worst experience with EBAY - Ebay GUARANTEE is a false promise never get enticed by it

When I received the product i.e. “Intex cloud V smart phone”and the moment courier person left I felt that the phone battery is not lasting more than two hours even when I switch off all of the applications. Secondly, phone speaker is not working i.e. if someone calls me he/she can hear me but I cannot hear him/her. Thirdly, None of the apps is working on my phone. Fourthly, media files are not supported. Fifthly, it does not read Micro SD card. Sixthly, 1st SIM card slot is not working. I am sorry to say but I also feel like the phone is second hand because I can clearly see the silver paint sprayed at several places. In total I feel like I have been cheated because I didn’t get the product I ordered after viewing and seeing the details at your website. The worst part is the vendor who sent/sold us the phone is not picking up the phone even after calling hundred times. I lodged the complaint with following details at e-bay Guarantee and asked for the refund of my money but when I check the status at website it says I have asked for “REPLACEMENT”. I am in a fix now because no where I got the correct information also neither the vendor nor any customer support executive has called me yet.

Another nightmare is when I called ebay customer care they straight away said that "Go to manufacturer and get it repaired as it is under manufacturer warranty and your case has been closed". I am surprised why and how my case has been closed without any information to me and without any solution of the problem. Then “WHAT is EBAY GUARANTEE”. I have not got even a single call or email from ebay. Ebay is such a big brand name across the globe and this is how they are providing service to their customers? Are not these people tarnishing the image of ebay?
