Hi,

I think i never had this kind of worst experience with any of the selling/buying sites.

I entered CC number for some of the item and at the same time on another window i was browsing another item. Same time i lost my internet connection and when i checked the CC statement, amount was deducted for the second which i was browsing even after the internet was disconnected.

Have you ever had this kind of exoerience. What shoud we do for this kind of false transactions by using our CC details? Even there is no way to contact the Customer Care by phone to cancel the transaction. Can someone help me how shlould i go with it.

mr arun if your cc is been charged and you have not received the paisapay confirmation you can contact to the customer care provide them the following details
Bank Name:
Amount:
Date:
Refrence id:

They escalate the case and after 3 days they will give you the refund etails for the same be rest assured ebay will help you

I had bitter experience with most couriers. I tried DCTC/Professional/First Flight/Blue Dart/ and so many.My experience was. 1 loss of material 2.Insisting not to send electronic materials 3.Materials damage 4.hold materials by their head office for flimsy grounds without contacting sender /5 replacing materials with empty boxes filled with gelly/papers etc so many. Couriers are having rights not to entertain our complaints. I gave complaints. NOTHING happened. Mental torture all the days.? At last every thing gone in the Air?
I put 25,000 or more loss by this way. I thought to close the business because of Couriers who give receipts with 1000 of conditions to be read with Microscope.
At last my friend advised me to choose Registered post OR SPEED POST. They are just a little costlier/delay service. But no loss ! So far. Then Why can't you choose REGD.Post/speed post (Which has tracking facility but with late up dation because-GOVT service)Any how No loss.

(A) If you feel that you had paid the seller for the second item accidentally then call up the seller and ask him not to ship the second item. eBay will automatically initiate a refund if the seller do not enter the shipping details in his PaisaPay A/c.

(B) If your items are lost in transit by the courier then why don't you insure those items before shipping. I use DTDC and never had any issues with them. I used to ship via India Post earlier and they are indeed very slow.

Regarding shipping electronic items, some couriers will directly refuse to ship. Others will charge you some extra.

If you follow the rules properly then you will never have any problem in the future. Always declare your item honestly and write it on the packet. For example, books and non-electronic items are always scanned for metals. If they find suspicious they will open the pack for inspection. Once opened and found to be an electronic item they may remove that item and ship only the empty box to your buyer. In this case you have nothing to do since you have violated their rules.

I am not sure why your items are reaching broken, damaged or just an empty box.
