Worst experience on ebay

Hi,

I think i never had this kind of worst experience with any of the selling/buying sites.

I entered CC number for some of the item and at the same time on another window i was browsing another item. Same time i lost my internet connection and when i checked the CC statement, amount was deducted for the second which i was browsing even after the internet was disconnected.

Have you ever had this kind of exoerience. What shoud we do for this kind of false transactions by using our CC details? Even there is no way to contact the Customer Care by phone to cancel the transaction. Can someone help me how shlould i go with it.

Mr Arun,

Cinsidering the gravity of situation,you should first contact PaisaPay for Help, write them through Help section. If not resolved within 2-3 days, you should conract your credit Card Helpline and request them rejecting the transaction.

Ebay do not have as worst system as you think otherwise it could not become best and biggest B2C site in the world.

You must have faced some technical error.

Hi,

Please contact your seller and tell him that this purchase and payment is mistake and request him not to ship item and refund payment at the earliest, also inform seller that you have already contacted paisapay for the mistake.

Dear Sir,

Please cal the seller immediatiely if some thing happens like this in future, i think the seller will oblige you for this, if you still insit on buy this product you can go ahead or caelled the order

Did you not place order for the second item? It is unbelieveable that your credit card is charged for an item which is not sold. What is the item id for the second item?

Dear all i have two quesions if any one could please answer first of all their is a lot of problem with courier services i am sending well packed items to the customers but the items customer is receiving is broken or not in proper shape so customer is asking for a refund second problem is that which courier servies is good in bangalore i am hard searching for couriers i switched from professional to dtdc but the service their is also bad what should i do i dont understand i want to stop my business because of this please can some one suggest some thing plese help
