Sorry to say but this is the worst service i have ever received. I did not receive my item yet purchased on 3rd Sep 2012. Opened 2 cases and both are closed with no results. No email communication from ebay gurantee team.. What can i expect more?????

More to that, they did not take any action against the seller.. they just closed the case.. I would suggest be aware before buying anything here.. u would stuck like me and then u will have to forget what u purchased.. very bad..

Could you please explain your case a bit ?
You said that YOU HAD NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM YOU PURCHASED ON 3-SEP-2012.
Please clarify below things so that i can assist you with it:-
1. Did the seller provided you with shipping details ? If yes, please share the details.
2. Did you contact your seller about this issue before contacting eBay ? If yes, please mention the seller's response.
3. When did u first time reported the ITEM NOT RECEIVED to eBay Team ?
4. Usually no claim cant be closed after consulting with buyer and seller both. Did you receive any call from Claim adjuster ?
5. If nothing works above, Please check your bank account statement, you should have received your refund.
Awaiting your response.

Thanks. Atleast here I got prompt reply.
Here is the situation:
I had purchased a PC toolkit on 3rd Sep and received ladies purse on 5th Sep (Strange. Isn't it ??). I informed the seller (sent him many pics) to resend my item and pick up the wrong item and he asked me to courier him the purse which is not my job.
Why should i spend my time and money for this if i am looking for online service? We discussed for more than 10 days though emails/calls but he didnt help. Raised one claim with ebay and found it closed after a week. Called ebay customer care so many times and they said, they have forwarded my request and nothing happened. Raised another claim and again discussion with seller started. Nothing happened again. After 30 days (this option available after 30 days only), i selected to go for money refund via eBay guarantee team and they closed my case saying they will contact me within 7 days for FURTHER details.. FIRST no one contacted me till now... SECOND what further details you want when its already more than 35 days.. THIRD i cannot raise another claim as there is no option now..
Everyone satisfied here including the seller, ebay EXCEPT the BUYER and that's me.

Thanks for the reply. This forum is really helpful. I always use eBay to purchase items and this was my first bad experience. Anyways, thanks for the information.
