Hi People
I have purchased a phone from ebay on 14th Sept. with item no. 331632852597 and due to some technicals problem in phone and also the phone was imported from Singapore so the charger I received is of imported pin and the user storage available was just 6.5GB out of 16GB. That is really I haven't expected from eBay.
And when I quickly raised a claim for replacement on the very next day of delivery date i.e on 21th Sept.
And I contacted customer associates for the same and the same answer i got "your concern is forwarded to out claim adjuster and they will contact you within 24 to 48 hours."

Now Today is 10th October, 19th day of my claim and I haven't received any call from any department or team. And still waiting for the confirmation. So either replace this phone with an Indian product or refund my all money to me.
