This is regarding a claim (id : 164837). There are number of problems regarding this.
- After I raised the claim, I had to keep checking the status of the claim it was not updated until I called up the customer care and asked them about what was going on. As usual they asked me to wait for 48 hours.
-Suddenly one day the status said that I had only one day remaining to send the item back to seller. I hadn't received any email regarding that. On contacting the customer service, I wasn't provided any satisfactory answer as to why I did not receive any e. I was said that the claim adjuster (Ms. Aarti ) could call me, but I have never received a call from her. Even after waiting for 48 hours the call never came. Only after calling the customer care again, I could talk to some other claim adjuster.Later , I had some queries regarding how I was supposed to send the item back. Again I was said that I would receive a call back. It never came.
Anyway, the claim had been resolved finally but...
-The status in the claim said that I would receive the reimbursement coupon within 3-4 business days. I gad to call again and again for the coupons.
-The amount I had spent to send the item back was Rs 290 and they send me a gift voucher of Rs 225. Now to get this rectified, again I had to go through the frustration of irresponsible and unresponsive ebay customer care. They say that they will send me another voucher of Rs 75, which I do not want as it will be of no use to me. It wasn't my mistake that I was sent me Rs 225 voucher instead of Rs 290, .
- To get this small issue resolved I had to spend a lot of frustration. I have been spending hours contacting customer care since the time I had raised the claim. Worst worst experience!

After I contacted customer care today I was asked to wait for 4-5 working days, AGAIN! When will this end!
