Hi im sriram and my ebay id is sriram_melz600.I made a purchase on 14 th december using my credit card and i have send the documents on the same day .Monday when i got a reminder mail that i have not send the documents i chatted with the paisa pay team member (SAURABH) he said that my documents have not been recieved by their paisa pay team and told to send it again .SO immediataly i send it from my eay registered emailid.But when i again chatted on the same day SAURABH said in chat they have not recieved it so again i send it from 5 different mail ids but stil they said they have not recived it.

Again i chatted with Saurabh on tuesday he said they have not reicieved it and he said to get back to them by 24 hours but he did not got back to me

Again on Wednesday i chatted with SAURABH he said it wil be done day and he told ot send mail n fax it too .I did the same i mailed those docs and also faxed it .Once i have faxed it i chated with saurabh again but he said FAX is not working AM I MAD TO GO AND FAX THE DOCUMENT OR WHAT WHEN U KNOW THAT FAX IS IN PROBLEM WHY YOUR TEAM MADE ME SUFFER.

On wednesday afternoon i chaated with AMRITA she said that when she checked she was able to see the docs and told it was not in correct format so i again send it in JPEG format she said it was not clear so i send it again n told her to ck but she ENDED THE CHAT ABRUBTLY..

So immedialtely i came to chat saurabh came online HE SAID THE TEAM HAS NOT RECIEVED THE DOCUMENTS PAISA PAY TEMA MEMNER AMRITA WAS PALYING WITH ME OR WHAT .When she was able to see the docs how can SAURABH was not able to see?i asked him the same .HE ENDED THE CHAT ABRUBTLY.

Again i came to chat asked the same to NITIN HE too ENDED THE CHAT ABRUBTLY


FINNALY MY PAYMENT WAS DENIED SAYING DOCUMENTS WERE NOT RECIEVED.


VVV good response by your CHAT TEAM HATS OFF TO TEAM.

I WANT THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT TO LOOK INTO THIS AND GET BACK TO ME MY MOB NUMBER IS 9791046206 ..

IM READY TO GIVE MY EMAIL AND PASSWORD YOU CAN CHECK VERY WELL HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE SEND YOU THE DOCUMENTS

only god can help you in the matter. the ebay people are the agents of the sellers and have nothing to save the buyers and their money.

Hello Everyone,

Mr Sridhar is my customer and is amongst the one who believe in doing high value transaction online. Firstly there are not many people who pay for high value item worth Rs 20000/-

And even if customers like Mr Sridhar who promptly pay and send documents whenever asked, what is ebay doing to them.

Is this the service which ebay is offering us in lieu of the high paisapay fees we are paying.

I hope someone from ebay management looks in to this matter and intervene at the earliest to help the innocent buyer.

Hello Again,

I would also like to bring to Ebay management's attention a flaw in their system.

As far as my understanding goes, paispay only sends the email when payment is rejected, without mentioning the reason for rejection or they simply say rejected due to technical reasons. It would be helpful if paisapay is more detailed.

Also another important thing is that paisapay should notify the buyer what next to do which it doesnt. Should the buyer make the payment with the same credit card or anything else which would help in guiding the buyer.

Everyweek i see atleast a couple of paisapay rejections for no good reasons as such.

I am willing to buy a DCR-SR45E camcorder of SONY through e-Bay. But after readings feed back of all you, i am rethinking before buy such expensive gadgets from e-bay. Please guide me, shoould i buy from e-Bay or NOT??

Sellers should have now roaming current account.. so that their buyers can go to their nearest specific bank branch and deposit the casg out there!

No tension of paisa pay... or ebay customer support!

We are indians and loves to buy directly from sellers ,, ebay is only a site where we can meet... we can create trustworthy relationship by this way/... no need of paisa pay, credit card processing... even new buyers and low internet savy buyers can be benefited by this way..

Also am planning to open many payment centers in all over india.. where a buyer could deposit cash for his online purchases .. which would be instantly credited to the sellers account.. thus resulting in faster order processing and shipping !
