I purchased a Nikon Coolpix L820 camera through ebay from seller offerzone2013 on 8th November 2013. On the Ebay page for the purticular camera it was writtent hat the delivery will ahppen by 12th Novemebr 2013. on 10th November I had contacted the seller for details about shippment, And the seller has said that the shipment is done on 11th November from their side and now I will get a mail from Ebay. Ebay is showing the item shipped and a tracking number also. The tracking number is invalid and when I contacted the ebay customer care they said The item will be shipped only by November 28th !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ebay is already advertising on their page that the item will be delivered by 12 th November, And te seller also confirmed they shippment ahs been done from their side towards ebay on 11thNovemebr , But why Ebay takes around 3 more weeks for shippment of the same from their side, ?? the customer care person said thats their policy, then he said he can raise a complaint for the same, but to get the statsu of the complauint also it will taek atleast 3 days..
Ebay is totally fraud...
