I have been shopping with Ebay from past 7 years it was a better experience during those days nowadays its ben gone worse. The customer care executives have got a lot of attitute, instead of supporting the customers vendors are been supported, for ebay vendor matters alot much then the customers. At times the vendors listed dont have proper contact details items are not shipped on time. Explanations are provided by the executives on behalf of the vendor specifying more than 4 days have passed when a vendor from bangalore has shipped an item which they are still thinking weather to deliver or some such sort of things. Ebay gives the vendor 7 days to ship the items but only the status is updated on the 7th day but the item gets delevers ap the costomer desires, and when you follow ebay support team you are just given attitude and the vendor gets the complete 100% support.
