Why sellers do not take extra care to ship the item(s)

I am new to ebay and i bought 3 items so far.
1st item took a extra day to deliver since the seller dint mention the mobile number.
2nd item on time.
3rd item s not received at all for which i dont knw the reason. Might be with courier company(DTDC) or the details provided by seller in shipping address.

I would request ebay to prompt a message to seller saying that "Did you mention enough information on shipment address to ensure that item is delivered properly?" when they reply to buyer or when item is confirmed for shipment.

you can contact your seller and let him know that you didn't receive your item. if seller doesn't respond you can open a case against your seller going to resolution center.

I checked with seller and the intention of the post is to avoid such situations.
