Why is there no Indian Overseas bank netbankng/card support?

i dnt understand a big corporates like ebay.in dont add nationlised banks like i.o.b  to their  netbanking list and coz of that i had to purchase imported goods and many products from elsewhere like rediff shopping, flipkart etc who provides iob netbanking support,

I aint shopping at ebay till they rectify such minor issues! am sure more people would have felt the same and shopped elsewhere!!

lol, its been 3 years and you hope they'll fix it, am completely shifted to aliexpress and its frikin rocking , there simply  cant be a worst e-commerse site like e-bay, filled with 70% fraud sellers and support cant do a goddamn S*h*i*T  about it.,no matter how many times you raise a complaint.....aliexpress accpts debit card from any bank at no extra charges how awesome can that be....
