I post a used mobile phone with full description with picture.. and I shipped it also as described in picture and description.. with full feaatures working condition and with full kit bill warranty box all as described in description.. a buyer confirm with me directly on phone that he received item.. but, now he not want it without any reason and he want his money back.. when i refused to give his sales return he raise a claim in ebay guarantee and described "Item is not as I expected" and "I want my money back" so, now what should I do.. I can prove that item is as per described in post if buyer meet me face to face but, he is vary far from my current location.. around 1800km.. so, now what to do? please help
