Hi all, any body know why ebay India launched this search criteria??? Try search of "iball Mobiles" the result comes on new search criteria "best match" but now you search "LCD Charger" then result comes in ending soonest basis, so on which basis seller list their items "Best Match" or "Ending Soonest" also ebay india announced that a software is shown in selling manager pro for sellers to check the best match criteria which started from 16th June2011, but still there is no software. But yes, fees changes applied on the same day.
Also I am suffering from very low sales just after change in search criteria...and increase the fees so much..now who can take the responsibility...it is the worst behavior of ebay india..I sometimes suggest to my Account Mangers that if you increase fees then you should promote your sellers on other media like newspapers, television etc. like other company do. but there is no response on it.
CRF is also running in doubts, no one knows without ebay that who are jurys. CC is also not so good to understand sellers / buyers problems.
This is my humble request to ebay india officials that some action should be taken for all my points. Otherwise you have lots of buyer to buy but no seller to sell on your portal...
