Why Claim is rejected? And more over i send an email on june 11th 2016 about return pick up there was no reply for that email. pick up person not came till now.with out replying for my email. why claim is closed. its almost 2 months is not fair and please do return pick up by with in 24-48 hrs.

My claim was rejected for the refund or replacement of Sony MDR Q 140 ebay is not describe about it at the time of purchase that this product not replace and it was my first shopping on ebay which was very bad.
