My refund has not been resolved for over 3 months now!
They have also removed my transcation from my summary page, I cant even find it.
They dont respond to mails, and the chat says they`ll respond within 48 hrs! it been 3 months!
Does anyone know where we can raise a formal complaint about fraud and cheating against Ebay?
