Dear sir/madam,
I purchased a ASUS laptop by Paisa Pay ID 31382612060. But, I have not got my free gift in spite of purchasing above Rs. 5000/- and before 31st May 2012. When contacted e-bay customer support, I was advised that in future I should enter coupon code while carrying out transaction. This time he was feeling sorry for that.
Question is, what coupon code and where I had to enter it? If I forgot also, there must be remedy for that also. Its a customer reward. Then I must presume that e-bay don't consider me as a valued customer.
I contacted several times through e-mail also, but my problem was not resolved. As on date I am eligible for a FREE gift. e-bay is not giving me that.
Its a dispute and if not resolved, I have to go to District consumer Forum.
Hope you will discuss with management and offer me the free gift to retain a valued customer. Otherwise, this will be my last transaction with e-bay and will be bound to switch over to Rediff shopping or Flipkart.com.
