I like to know who is my account manager? Since Miss. Amruta previously handeling my account. But no account manager assigned for my account thereafter.

Account Managers usually guide you by phone. If you have one you may get a call someday. Or else request one.

I am not a new on eBay. I was aware of this everything. I have just posted this comment on eBay so that eBay will pay attention towards assigning account manager for my account. But I think eBay not given authority to any member to reply to sellers or of buyers post.

Paisa pay charged penalty for those refunds which I have raised as per eBay guidelines. Buyer made payment & given us non serviceable location address for shipping. We clearly given link to check service. But still those fool buyers made payment and paisa pay charged me penalty for refund. Who will pay attention towards our issues. eBay CS guys are rude on call. Who will pay attention towards our issues?
