What is MC000 ebay listing cancelled - seller suspended

today i have receievd this notice and my all listing put down except one listing

they won't gaven the reason also for the same

can anyone senior please guide what is this stand for

Hi, I got the same problem all of my listing remove without any reason and no one in ebay staff help me in this situation.

i don't think so my account would be reinstated it is a big issue many of the sellers experiences same problem

and what they are saying is we are not at all able to handle the customers

we are not selling the quality products

then why they have gaven me a tag of powersellers

best of luck for all my future sellers

now ebay remove each and every seller without the reason

today i receievd a message from ebay and they are saying that occassionally selling limit would be placed on the accounts and they can't tell me when it would be removed

This is a showdown by ebay just before ebay seller standards come in to picture. Ebay and its management grads are making sure sellers go away from ebay. Today it is us tommorrow it would be others.

Reasons given by ebay.

1) Large number of item not as described claim
My justification - I dont have a single open in resolution center.

2) Feedback low
My justification - 99.7% positive feedback.

3) DSR Low
My justification - Averaging above 9.7

What more does a seller need to do on ebay to survive

ebay is not giving us authority they are saying


that this time they can't remve the limit please try later but when to try they are not telling us that also

what a ridiculous customer support


they think we are puppets

please someone from ebay solve our issue we have the stock because of you we have to pay salary to our workers and you have removed us without any reason




i can surely say this is happening because you have ebay employees as a seller otherwise how come seller with 7000 or more than that feedback are here without any issue with more negative and neutral than us

same thing happen to us 22/APRIL.

we have get This Notice in our account.

We have send the proof of DSR rating which is very very good than why this action from ebay ?

we clarify that we have not receive any mail from ebay team but instead of this email we receive achievement of the POWER SELLER & send power seller logo from ebay.

Ebay has to improve their system.
why Ebay Trust & safety Team there is no Phone ONLINE service ?
No reply from email already 3 days is been PASS.

Even I am facing a similar problem. I could not list my items at all a few days back. Now I can list a few and again the limit comes up . You can see my feedback and DSR and also feedback comments. I do not know what is happening. My only negative feedback came almost a year back. I think it is only a software problem that ebay needs to look into. If we give them a feedback here they would be able to work this out. Nobody's fault perhaps! 🙂
