What if i receive negative fdbck frm uncontactable user of another country

Dear Seemaji

What if we receive negative feedback from user of another country & he or she is uncontactable & not replying to emails ?

Because we are unable to put the case on CRF.

The feedback is giving a bad reputation to us.

Hope you may help us in this case. Please suggest

Buyer is showing registered to USA
Purchased location is being shown ITALY
And requested shipping was to HYDERABAD

The number provided in shipping details of Hyderabad is showing continuously out of reach

The registered number is an International Number which is showing as a wrong number

And buyer not replying to emails.

Had chat with T&S team. They are saying they are helpless and please contact to buyer. Now where and how to contact buyer ?

Then again had chat with customer care. Asked them if they have any other contact details of the buyer. But they are saying they don't have any other contact details other than his International number.

So what to do now ?

Is any reply expected ? Or the community board has became of no use. Because post are not being replied.

The whole community board is filled up with free gift not received post by which the important post are not getting viewed (All the important post get hidden due to free gift post which comes above it).
