I booked an item on 18th Jan,2013. Seller sent me one message saying, store will be closed till 17th Feb, as there is festival in China. Since then no reply whatseover. No Tracking number given, i can only contact through ebay messages, but no reply. Why there is not any time limit for seller to reply for customer messages? And theres is 30 business day delivery guarantee also, which is already over. I want ebay to punish such fraud sellers who can't even reply and put customer helpless.
