As per my understanding, within 20 days means under 20 days and not on the 20th day.. right?
It's been more than 10 days now and I've received no response on my claim. Every day I contact ebay via phone and chat, get the same prototype reply saying in another 24-48 hours someone will call me and update me. But to my disappointment no one calls me and next day I end up calling them.
To my surprise, there is no update on the ticket as well... they say they dont update anything.. which I take it as they dont wanna maintain any tranparency between them and buyer. A Buyer who spends thousands for a product, then received a wrong product and then when he puts a claim.. he is not updated on it at all. All he is said is, 20 days are not over so just sit and keep patience. he is not even sure if anything is happening on his claim as there is no update on the ticket.
Another shocker is the seller's unprofessional behavior. When I contact him and explain the issue, he simply denies entertaining me and says if I call him again or use any workd like froud done or cheated, he would file a case against me only. he also threatens sending gundas to my place.
I'm higly disappointed and frustrated now. I've paid 16K and i'm unable to use the product. Nor can I go out and purchase a new one from a shop coz I've already put in amount online.
