What a horrible feedback mechanism do you have?

I have purchased an item, paid for it and now the seller is contacting me outside of ebay (from their personal email address) and asking me to buy another item instead. Their posting says that the item i purchased has 9 pieces available but the seller tells me it is out of stock and i should buy something else.

I am trying to send an email to customer care, open a case here but you are just making me move round and round in circles... clicking one link in your supposedly helpful but in reality horrible support page opens another link and that link takes me to somewhere else and finally i am back to where i started.

I am really pissed off. Buyer guarantee my foot!!!

You can leave a negative feedback for the seller and if you haven't received an item you bought or are not happy with the item you have bought, start by communicating directly with your seller. That's often the best way to resolve things.

If that doesn't work, you can open a claim under eBay Guarantee. Under eBay Guarantee your are covered for your entire purchase amount (Item price + shipping cost) on all payment methods. We will co-ordinate with you and your seller to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. You can raise a claim within 30 days of the payment realization through:

1.The eBay Guarantee link.
2.Raise a PaisaPay Item Not Received /Significantly Not As Described request if the PaisaPay timeline is open through your My PaisaPay.
3.Contacting Customer Support and we will file the claim on your behalf.
4.Use the existing Resolution Center link to register your claim
