Dear Ebay Team !!!
With reference to the eBay Guarantee claim - 164059 , i hereby want to mention that i had not asked for the refund, i'd asked for the replacement.
But, even after telephonic conversation the amount was refunded in to my account surprisingly.
It's amazing to see that customer wants the product but the seller don't want to sell it.
This is not the way of dealing, i'm totally disappointed !!!
I want the product, not the refund.
