I have raised a claim on 12 Oct 2015 and as per ebay, solution should get in 20 days. 20 Days is over and still waiting for the solution. I have called multiple time to customer care and spoken to claim department but still they have not given proper solution. Intially they arranged a pickup but no one came and then they told me to courier the item for that they are going to send an email with all required details but still i am waiting for the mail.
I got the no of GRIEVANCE-OFFICER then i called him multiple time but no answer. I have sent an email to him(Saurabh Shankar) but still waiting for his reply.
I am tired to take followup with you guys. Please close this asap.
