Please refer trail mail. Today I have received the article. "Crystal metal Jhula for ladoo gopal for kanha on janmastmi for shri Krishna gift" (Item ID:231645510954) on 20-Aug-15.
It was such a beautiful article for Janamashtmi. This metal crystal jhula size is 6.5 inch diameter where you can put Krishna and height is 13inch. But the metal wire frame was folded & packed in a carton with height of 9.5 inches. Resulting in falling apart of beautiful glass pieces. I tried to fix it up with pliers, screw driver and even tried to re-mount the stones with "fevikwik" but the grace is gone......
Thanks for such a shabby packing EVEN AFTER CHARGING COURIER CHARGES.
