Hi Dr. Hassan,
I just want to mention that I had bought a gem from deltamarketing_in1 which was listed as IGI certified. When delivered, the certificate was not there. On request , they sent me a photocopy copy of an IGI certificate, but the weight and treatment type differed, hence a type of fraud also.
I think the seller should better use actual photos & clearly mention whether artificial coloration has been done or not. Normally, only heat treatment related information is generally listed by the seller. If certificates are included then he must provide originals to the buyer or at least put a scanned photo on the listing to prove the authenticity of the statement .
Ebay can consider to put a link on the profiles of every member by clicking which others can easily see all the messages on the boards which contain that ID. This will help the new buyers, most of whom doesn't even know about these boards.
