Volunteer Needs Help

Hello from the USA
Someone who was a member of BOTH Ebay and Baazee BEFORE they merged would probably best answer my questions.

I’m trying to find out what happened when you had both a Baazee account AND an Ebay account BEFORE the merge.

Did ebay automatically merge both accounts?
Were they merged on request only?
What if both accounts had the same email address?
If they had different email accounts could you keep both?

On the OLD Baazee did you have to be a member to just look?

If someone could give me some of the rules for that process I would be most thankful.


I volunteer some of my time helping other members on a board similar to this one.

You were a member of both before merging.
After merging the following happened.
If there was a user id similar to yours in ebay.com, then your new id in ebay.in(formally bazee)remained the same with _in1 added to it (most probably).
If you had different email ids for baazee and ebay.com then after merger you have two accounts - one in ebay.in and one in ebay.com
If you had the same email id for both then I dont know what happens.
In baazee you need not sign in just to look. you singn in to buy
