Very pathetic after sales service

I dont know how Ebay has provided the Seller Faheem ebay seller id:game_mastr(782) a Power Seller status..This Guy is absolutely pathetic when it comes to after sales service..I called him 2 weeks back and informed him that my Data cable for the Mobile is no Longer working(A618)..He answered the phone that i will have to pay Rs 200 for a new cable,which i am very happy doing..I sent him an email for which he replied suggesting the same what he mentioned on the phone..i sent him a mail asking for the mode of payment for which i havent recieved a reply..I again called him and he says that i should have asked the Bank details on the phone..I Later sent him 4 emails for which i am waiting for the reply...This guy doesnt have the courtesy to reply to a mail..My Phone is lying useless for the last 2 weeks unable to transfer any documents(office files)..May be this Guy believes in the policy "Apna Kaam Bantha,baad me jaye Janatha"..I expect some kind of a positive action on this from Ebay..

Thanks for your message and complaint! Indeed, I'm very much pleased that you've chosen the Community Board to vent your anger/greviances.

Infact, not only you, there are many customers who are waiting for my email replies for the past 7 days. I was completely involved in 'eBay's Reader's Offer' on Newspapers and thats what made me insufficient to give you a reply.

Infact even till now I have neither opened your email nor happened to browse the Community Board- Thanks to my friend Joginder (shivamemory) who actually phoned me regarding your issue.

Now, having recieved your complaint, I will process your request under priority finish it off shortly.

I understand that 'my' schedule given 'you' a problem and I really apologise for the same!

Mr Praveen,

We all seller community can vouch for Faheem. The guy is great. I am sure he will help you out. At times sellers are so engrossed in fulfilling orders that it takes time to look in to grievances.

Surely your message is conveyed to him and he will do the needful. He is amongst the best seller in his category and whatever he is saying is true as Ebay is conducting Readers offer in print media and the sellers are turning out huge volumes.

With Faheem atleast you will get the required service which is not available with other smaller sellers. Cheers 🙂

i had bought a swastik real diamond pendant and a real diamond ring from diamond.creation and i have done the payment through online transaction but its more than a week and i have yet to receive my goods, what is the use of bidding when they don't deliver the goods on time

Did you paid by PaisaPay or some other method. You need not worry if you had paid by PaisaPay as you are protected against any fraud.

However, if you have paid other than PaisaPay then please call up the buyer and ask for an explanation about the delay.
