I had booked an item for 16 thousand and am eligible for a valentine gift. After so many calls for the customer care i received the 80GB HDD. It is not working at all. I had contacted customer care so many times. The gift was not at all replaced. When i contacted ebay they only tell that the case has been esculated from their end.
