Its been really great to have a manager like Dellon Fernandes on eBay (IN Features and Shops, (Manager Key Accounts). Whenever my listings have been down, he has come up with special promotions. He has been very committed and he used to give regular updates on how things going on and always available for help. I guess, eBay needs more people like him to promote business. It indeed motivates a seller like me.
