Please don't repeat your query.
Here are the solutions-
Go to Help>Resolution Center, Open a Case against the seller as "item is not as described", Do it only if item is having any defect etc. but you may have to wait for 10 days to open a case from shipping date, while opening a case you'll find a text box, fill your actual issues with the item there.
Call ebay at 18002093229(Toll free to any Network) and ask for more help.
Send item to the seller(Surely you have to pay the money) by using some cheaper courier or Speed Post, Retain Courier Receipt, send scanned receipt to ebay for reimbursement(Yes you'll get refund from ebay).
Be polite while communicating to Seller or Costumer Care as you haven't lost any thing yet.
