Using Ebay-ICICI Banner in listing to promote item????

Dear Ebay,

I wanted to check with you if i can use the banner displayed on the main page which highlights 10% cash back in my listings to promote my listing. The banner on click redirects to this url.

I dont want to violate any copyright policy and appreciate if you or anyone else can let me know.
