there is no help by customer support in the issue of worldwide transaction, sellers responsible to buyer, ebay.in and ebay.com, but no help from anywhere for sellers no advise from customer support, buyer can easily harass by lots of way in issue like they can use first ebay.in and if claim or refund request reject by ebay.in then they again open another issue at ebay.com and seller again work for that issue and damage the sellers data, customers support never advise in issue of worldwide transaction,
