I am really sorry to say that the policies of E Bay are completely in favor of the selling persons /distributors. A classic example of the same is being depicted when out of 3 transactions I suffered a late delivery of product for 2 and e bay took no actions and rather than this just asked me to cancel the shipment and get my money refund as I suffered the damages due to late delivery. Unfortunately no action was initiated against the fraud sellers who posted product availability on E bay portal despite not having the same. Moreover to add to my problems over a consecutive follow up for 3 days the customer care representatives every time issued me a 48 hours deadline for status update and not for resolutions.
