Dear Sir, I have bought an item number PaisaPay ID 44226191089 on 1st Dec,2016.I had received it on 18 Dec. It is not working properly. I spoke to seller on last Sunday regarding non functioning of this product. We have agreed on refund for this product by raising a claim. I have tried to raise a claim but it is showing "You cannot raise a claim on this item, as you have crossed the timeline to file a claim with us." I have bought this item on 1st Dec and received it on 18th Dec. I need to know the further process. Thanks, Anurag
