Unjustified Feedback System

Dear Ebay Team

I just want to bring this in your kind notice that the feedback system is unjustified.

This is regarding the BUyers id rameshnegandhi with a transaction id 9722028215. The transaction was not completed by the buyer. BUyer has marked me negative. I had already filed a UPI for the above mentioned item id for the mentioned buyer's id and got the FVF due to which the buyer has been suspended. Then why are ratings given for the uncompleted transactions and by a suspended ebay member remains there in my feedback list. Why the same can not be removed by ebay till today. Without fault of mine i have receved negative feedback due which my percentage has gone down and i have lost my PowerSeller status.

This is totally Unjustified Feedback System.

HOpe Some thing would be done soon on this

Hi Sachin I think the reason for the NAG not removing could be that the Buyer responded to your UPI, EBay only removes the Feedback from the Non Paying Buyers provided they have not responded to the UPI Dispute in the Dispute console, The only hope you had for the NAG removal was a Mutual Withdrawal but now that last hope has also gone as the buyer is already suspended and suspended members have no power to uses the EBay feedback system in any way.
I think you will have to live with it now.:-(

Dear

Please let me know what is my fault in this if buyer has responded to UPI and never completed the deal. ebay should remove feedback for non paying buyers. why would i suffer for a non paying and suspended buyer. I think ebay should review this polocy for non paying bidders. the answer which i have received from ebay is not at all satisfactory and is just a cut and paste reply as usual. i already know about this polocy but the problem is why would i have to suffer due to non paying and suspended buyer.

Dear members,
I shipped item after the buyer phoned me repeatedly and also I saw in the courier website that the buyer has posted draft.But since the address written by buyer was insufficient,I didnt get the draft,but buyer got the item.I am sure if I click a dispute,that guy is going to give -ve.So I am just keeping silent.My item gone,the courier cost gone,and the FVF will have to be paid.I am trying to forget.Only I am giving her payment reminders in every 3 days.
I think any other seller would have done that if a lady buyer starts calling repeatedly.I am fool, without the month being april.
A seller got to digest many things to keep up the good-man image.But a good-man is a fool-man.What do you think?

Hi Amitava,

I totally agree with you. Keeping good-image (with no negatives) is really not easy. But at one point I want to tell you is don't send the product untill you get the payment. ---------------
