I have been a regular and if I may say so, good user of this site - always paying promptly and honestly.
Ive tried to sell on the site twice- both times I failed.
The first time and the second time, I had fraudulent (suspicious bids) where the addresses of the bidder were visibly fake.
However, despite these experiences, I am now asked by ebay to pay the listing charges for my products WHICH I WAS NOT ABLE TO SELL AT ALL.
As in any normal auction - one should pay a commission to the broker ONLY IN THE EVENT OF A SALE and NOT OTHERWISE.
Now Im receiving impolite and threatening email reminders from ebay with the clear threat that I will be stopped even from BIDDING and BUYING if I dont pay their UNJUSTIFIED CHARGE.
This is RIDICULOUS and I DONT ACCEPT THIS FROM EBAY - I WANT TO MAKE THIS ABSOLUTELY CLEAR.
Thanks
Shankar Balan

Hi shankarbalan1971,
I totally understand your frustration. However, if your sale is not completed, eBay comes to know only once you file Unpaid Item Strike agaisnt the buyer (UPI), and file for Final Value fee (FVF) Credit.
However, Kindly write to billing team with your issue. They will investigate and help you with apporpriate next steps.
To contact billing team:
http://pages.ebay.in/help/contact_us/_base/index.html
click on Selling and managing your item
Billing and Fees
Request a listing Fee credit
I hope this helps!
Regards,
Sapana
