i booked for an pen drive fianlly the seller says unable to ship and going to refund, i yet to get my refund amount to my account,

Dear Sir,
Subject: Theft/Loss of tablet PC (Android) during transport through DTDC courier, Airway Bill No. Z50672897, from Ludhiana to Chennai.
This is to bring to your kind attention that Cheemakurthy Harsha, G.E.T., Portman India ordered for a 7” android tablet PC with a purchase value of Rs. 4380/- through internet website eBay India - Online Shopping Mall: Free Auctions, Shop/Buy/Sell Mobiles, Cameras, Apparel, Computers, Bollywood Clothes & Indian Products on 4th jan 2012. The parcel was couriered using DTDC courier service from Ludhiana to Chennai by the seller Charanjeet Singh (mobile number 9803076276) vide Airway Bill No. Z50672897 dated 4th Jan 2012.
The parcel was delivered by DTDC parson’s complex branch to our office on 9th Jan 2011. The parcel was acknowledged by the Portman office assistant, Mr. Madhan Raj at the front desk, on 9th Jan 2012 afternoon. Upon opening the parcel later that evening in presence of the accounts officer Mr. Mani, it was discovered that the tablet pc was missing/absent from the packaged/sealed parcel.
Mr. Cheemakurthy Harsha wishes to report loss of contents of package during the shipment process and wishes to file an FIR in this regard and requests you to initiate an enquiry to track down the missing contents.
Mr. Cheemakurthy Harsha has also sent a written complaint to DTDC, the copy of which has been attached with this mail. Also attached are the courier dispatch details.

Choose sellers who may send good couriers such like 'Bluedart' etc. More over all of Consumer Court forums shouting the DTDC is some how bad.
Please beware of "consumer satisfaction"
