Unfare Listing Removal Process of TST

Dear Sellers,

Recently one listing removed by eBay stating the reason as "MC019 eBay Listing Removed: Trademark Violation - Unauthorised Item (377807395)"

The listing removal is totally unfare and when I asked trust & safety team they are not givng any proper answers for it.
I am 10001% Sure that listing not contain anything which violates eBay policy.

Thanks for response. But Since I have listed product whose manufacturer is Fashion company and product name is corby so whats wrong in title I have mentioned fashion corby ? why it is considered as violation? If I
not mention make and model then buyer will claim for item not as per described. So please let me know then how to sell such products because now a days china is making copy of each branded phones and mentions almost same name of branded one but in description we mentions that
its not a branded one. So I dont think so that we are hiding anything from a customer. So please let me know how to list such products whose titles are similar to branded one.

If your item is not authentic, it cannot be listed on eBay. Disclosing that your item is not authentic in the item description
does not make the sale permissible.
Before listing items on eBay, please keep in mind that the continued listing of potentially infringing items may lead to the suspension of your eBay account.

Your listings were removed because they were found to be inconsistent with eBay's goals of promoting the Marketplace and maintaining a safe trading environment.

eBay may remove auctions if we believe that the sale of the item might create liability for the buyer, the seller, or any third party. Sellers whose listings have been identified as problematic may be warned, have
their listings ended, or have their account suspended from all eBay buying and selling activity.

Now whenever I am sending email to them they are not replying to it. What it means ??? They not want sellers ?? or like to create trouble to sellers account ? If they are removing listing then they have to provide a valid reason for the same.

I sent email to Mr. Anil also regarding this issue. But they also not replyed to that mail. I sent same email to most of the account mangagers but they also not know reason behind this listing removal.

Could you please help me to know the reason behind this listing removal.

We call all these IPR issues and I have a little understanding of these things because of being related to fashion industry. These all are under the Intellectual Property Laws which very from country to country. Just for an example-

Before apple came out with I Pad , Trade name I-Pad was being used by a firm manufacturing artificial enhancement which were used by ladies. Hope u get what I mean. But Apple without any permission from that firm got the product in the market. That firm was silent as its product got an indirect popularity.

So if the company or firm has got it trademarked in one country its difficult for it to get it safeguarded in other. Same thing is happening with china phones, China and some far easr countries have got very lenient rules for Intellectual property. Thats why these brand names are being misused.


About TNS not removing listings in random, Are you really serious? This thing I have confirmed from eBay people. If it was not being done randomly how do you account my only one listing being brought down inspite of facebook link being present in every single one. Also it is done manually not by automated system.
