Why this listing is being brought done that is because you must be using some copyrigth term eg- "Nokia", "iphone", "Corby"
These are all trademarks of registered brands. Even if you are giving in your description that-" This is not a Samsung Corby", your listing will be brought down, because Search engine will be seeing this as a result of search for- "Samsung Corby" in other words its "Crime", even to write that it is not a so brand. As it comes under keyword spamming.
some country where our currency is being counterfeited. That country allows it. That does not means we can circulate it in India.
These manufacturers are also definitely wrong in using trade names. Also many big brands are taking action against these imitators Read here-

There is a Chinese Manufacturer of Bikes who made a replica of our Indian Bajaj Pulsar, He named it "Gulsar" .They started exporting it everywhere in world, Latin America , SriLanka everywhere. Bajaj is trying to get it banned and has succeeded till an extent in many countries like SriLanka.

It is not that those listings are legitimate. TNS removes listings randomly.
Just to give an example-
I was having a link to my facebook fan page in all my listings. But they brought down only one listing.
See ebay does not allow replica's or counterfeits to be sold. That is the main point.
