Unfair behaviour of ebay customer care person and ebay

I sold an item with ebay, and the bueyr has recibeved the item, he send a mail but not approved tin ebay, after 10 day he reaise dispute that he has not recievd, adn after 3 more day he raqised that item was not in proper condition. After talking to customer care ther are totally abbusive, the person whi settled this case was relative of the buyer, now i lost my money and item both.

Do not recoomend any one to do any business therig ebay.
