Dear Concerend @ Ebay.in,
This is with reference to my purchsase of Mother Board item ID # 1980272 which i had bought appx in the Month of May 2016,
The part recieved was damaged for which i had send my picture on the same Day . Seller had sent the faulty item to us which is an unethical trade practise .
I had asked for the refund from the your company from the complaint lodging day itself , for which i am continiously following up and so far no refund is done .
Befor i move to consumer court gainst the wrong trade practise against your company and claim for my refund and harrasement aswell i would like to state the same agony here itself also .
I hope this email of mine will make you understand the mental harrasement done by your company associates in seeling the faulty item to user and harrass unnecessarily for the refund .
I would be delighted to hear early from you in this regard with fast resolution and refund aswell before i move to the legal authorities.
